A Charlotte native, Simon attended Appalachian State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Electronic Media and Broadcasting, with a minor in Media Studies.

With a background in photography, videography, and graphic design, Simon brings a creative approach to marketing commercial real estate. At The Nichols Company, he produces property photography, drone imagery, videos, and virtual tours, while also designing marketing materials, including property flyers, offering memorandums, and digital graphics. He collaborates closely with brokers to develop compelling visual content that highlights each property's unique features and strengthens its market presence.

In his free time, Simon enjoys creating videos, traveling with his family, and playing golf.
