Simon Nessen

A Charlotte native, Simon attended Appalachian State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Electronic Media and Broadcasting, with a minor in Media Studies.

Simon's background in photography and videography allows him to create dynamic visual content that helps properties stand out in a competitive market. At The Nichols Company, he captures drone photos and videos, produces virtual tours, and collaborates with brokers to showcase unique properties.

In his free time, Simon enjoys creating videos, traveling with his family, and playing golf.
