A North Carolina native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Rusty moved from London to Charlotte in 1999 and is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. He works with tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and business owners to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and navigate complex transactions from start to finish. With over 20 years of real estate experience, including a strong focus on land and development, Rusty brings a strategic, big-picture approach to every engagement.

He serves on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is Chair of its Education Committee. A Plaza Midwood resident, he lives there with his wife Laura and their three sons and also serves on the board of the Plaza Midwood Neighborhood Association.
