Joshua Eboh joined The Nichols Company in 2025, bringing a clear, steady approach to commercial real estate in Charlotte.

Originally from Chicago, Joshua began his career in the mortgage industry, where he spent nearly a decade structuring and closing real estate loans across a wide range of property types. During that time, he was involved in more than $500 million in financed transactions. That foundation continues to shape how he advises clients today.

At The Nichols Company, Joshua focuses on industrial buildings between 10,000 and 50,000 square feet, flex properties, and strategic land opportunities. Joshua holds an MBA, is NMLS licensed, and is currently completing CCIM coursework. He is an active member of CRCBR and lives in Charlotte with his wife and family.
