Craig Wall

Craig Wall, a Columbia native, joined The Nichols Company in December as an analyst while he works toward earning his brokerage license. He attended the University of South Carolina and previously worked as an analyst at MetCap Commercial, where he developed a strong foundation in market research, underwriting, and deal analysis. Craig is actively pursuing his brokerage license with plans to specialize in retail and office brokerage upon completion, bringing a detail-oriented approach and a client-first mindset to every assignment. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
