Overview

The Secret Chocolatier is a family-run chocolate shop in Charlotte, built by the Dietz and Ciordia families. What started as a leap from farmers markets became a storefront and production kitchen where everything is still made in-house, in small batches, by people who care an unreasonable amount about flavor.
