Pinky's Westside Grill

Overview

Starting as pioneers of Penguin Drive-In, an iconic Plaza Midwood restaurant, owners Andy Cauble and Candy Auten, opened Pinky’s Westside Grill in 2010. They sought after another Charlotte landmark, the Triple “G” Automotive building, a former Volkswagon Repair shop with a VW Bug on the roof and painted like an American flag at the intersection of Freedom and Morehead. They now also have a Huntersville location. Pinky’s has gone on to become a Charlotte staple, having been featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” on the Food Network not once, but twice, definitely makes it stand out. Guy Fieri had their Triple G Westside burger with Corn Dog Shrimp, Greg’s Pickles, and a Viking Corn Dog. National recognition from food enthusiasts is not something to take lightly. A mouthwatering menu featuring delicious hot dogs and burgers that leave your jaw dropping.
