Hummus Republic was established in 2013 by a group of friends who wanted to bring their families’ authentic Mediterranean cuisine to busy customers on the go. Their mission is to provide flavorful, convenient, and primarily plant based meals to the masses; and to create accessibility to healthy, real food. They aim to raise the standard of “fast food.” The franchise is passionate about raising awareness and making fresh, real food the new standard because they believe food has the power to build connections and strengthen communities.
