Arturo Adonay is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. He joined the Nichols Company in 2010 to lead the Hispanic Division to assist investors, owners, landlords and developers in finding innovative alternatives to capitalize on real estate opportunities. He moved to the United States from Mexico City twelve years ago, and launched his career in Atlanta. He specialized in organizing, marketing campaigns, promotions and special events for events for clients focused on the Hispanic market. His career in Commercial Real Estate began in 2000 when a development firm asked him to market and promote Plaza Fiesta Atlanta. Astonishingly, he leased 100% of the center and maintained an occupancy rate of 97%. Arturo moved to Charlotte in 2007 and has been proactively involved in many retail concepts in the Carolinas, including Plaza Fiesta Carolina. However, what makes him more valuable, are his experiences and his ability to understand the Hispanic consumerism needs. This fact makes him a key liaison to any company interested in tapping into this market.
